  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security mechanisms

  • Reverse engineer or exploit the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Fair Use and Usage Limits

Some plans may be described as “unlimited”.

“Unlimited” means reasonable use consistent with normal personal or professional usage, not automated, abusive, or excessive usage that degrades service quality for others.

We reserve the right to:

  • Apply reasonable usage limits if necessary

  • Adjust plans or limits in the future

  • Contact users whose usage significantly exceeds normal patterns

Any material changes will be communicated in advance when possible.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a paid plan:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Access remains active until the end of the billing period.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

Pricing and features may change with reasonable notice.

4.1 Payment Processing

Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s processing of your payment information in accordance with their terms and privacy policies. We do not store your full payment card information.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, YouTube).

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies.

7. Availability and Reliability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your usage harms the Service or other users

  • Required by law

8.1 Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our platform without authorization, you may report it through our contact form.

What we need:

- Your contact information (name and email)

- Proof that you own or represent the copyright holder

- Identification of the copyrighted work (e.g., your YouTube channel URL)

- URL of the allegedly infringing content on our platform

- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized

Our Process

1. We acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours

2. We review the claim for validity

3. If legitimate, we remove the content within 7 business days

4. We notify you of the outcome

Content Removal

Upon verification of a valid copyright claim, we will:

- Remove or disable access to the infringing content

- Block the channel from being added in the future (if applicable)

- Take appropriate action against repeat infringers

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload or share copyrighted content without authorization.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected].

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
