  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.


Refunds

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, downgrades, or unused features.

However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur. At our discretion, we may provide refunds or credits in cases such as:

  • Accidental duplicate charges

  • Technical issues that prevented reasonable use of the Service

  • Billing errors
